Welcome to International Surf School & Camp

We're excited to welcome you to our surf camp and help you enjoy an unforgettable experience by the ocean.

To ensure a smooth stay for all guests, please take a moment to read our reservation, accommodation and cancellation policies.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.

Reservations

How to Book

Once we receive your reservation request, our team will contact you within 24 hours with all the information required to secure your booking.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit payment is required.

After receiving your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation together with all the necessary information regarding your stay. Confirmation will be sent through the same communication channel used for your reservation (Email or WhatsApp).

Please note that reservations can only be guaranteed after the deposit has been received.

Modifying a Reservation

Need to make a change?

If you wish to modify your booking details, such as dates, guest names or accommodation arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, modification or cancellation fees may apply.

Payment Information

Payment details will be provided after we receive your reservation request.

Once payment has been made, please send us proof of payment (bank receipt or screenshot) through the same channel used for your booking.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 business days before arrival.

If agreed in advance, payment may also be made in cash during check-in or on the following day if arrival takes place after office closing hours.

Any additional services purchased during your stay, including:

Surf lessons
Equipment rentals
Extra accommodation nights
Other activities or services must be paid no later than two days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp.

The cancellation becomes effective on the date we receive your written request.

Cancellation Fees

More than 30 days before arrival
→ Full refund

15 to 30 days before arrival
→ Deposit retained

Less than 7 days before arrival
→ No refund available

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

Are non-refundable
May be transferred to another person
Are valid for one year from the purchase date
Remain subject to availability and booking confirmation

Accommodation Information

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: From 4:00 PM

Check-Out: Until 10:00 AM

Guests are welcome to arrive at any time after check-in opens, provided that an estimated arrival time has been communicated in advance.

If your room is not yet ready and early check-in is not possible, you are welcome to use our common areas and facilities while you wait.

Late check-outs may incur an additional night's charge.

Guests Under 18

For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept guests under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Personal Belongings & Security

While we strive to provide a safe environment, International Surf School & Camp cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests remain fully responsible for their personal property at all times.

For your own security, we strongly recommend locking your room whenever you leave the accommodation.

Respecting the Facilities

We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

We kindly ask everyone to:

✓ Keep shared areas clean and tidy after use.

✓ Immediately report any damage to facilities, furniture or equipment.

✓ Treat all property with care and respect.

Guests may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, facilities or equipment during their stay.

Respecting Other Guests

Our surf camp is a place to relax, connect and enjoy the surf lifestyle.

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, we ask all guests to:

Respect fellow guests and roommates.
Respect staff members and camp facilities.
Keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Help maintain a friendly and positive environment throughout the camp.
