How to find us

Our surf school (sales office and surf camp), is located in Sagres main road EN 268.
Once you enter the town, just keep going straight until you find our sales office on the right side of the road.
On the opposite side of the road you can see an insurance company office (TRANQUILIDADE) and a bakery (PÃO QUENTE).

At what time do you open/close your sales office?

November to June: 9 am - 5 pm

Question 3

At what time shall I check-in/check-out of the surf camp?

Check-in is from 4 pm
Check-out is until 10 am
 
If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, please, inform us in advance.

Question 4

If I plan to leave Sagres after the check-out time, could you keep my luggage for awhile?

In case you have a surf lesson booked on the check out day or if for some other reason you plan to stay for longer in Sagres, you can keep your luggage in our facilities.

Question 5

At what time is breakfast served?

Accepted Answer

Our breakfast is usually served between 8 am to 10 am.

The time is always confirmed one day before according to our surf lessons schedule as we always start one hour before the meeting lesson time.

Question 6

Do you have any vegan options on the breakfast?

Accepted Answer

We have vegetarian and vegan options available on our daily breakfast.

Please, let us know in advance in case you have any food allergies.

How can I book my surf lessons?

Accepted Answer

You can use the Book Now button available on our website and fill out the form with your request. Alternatively you can book by email (infosurfsagres@gmail.com), phone/text message (+351 914 482 407- office) or directly in our sales office.

Bookings must be at least one day in advance in order to guarantee your place in our surf lessons the next day.

Please note that a 50% deposit of the full payment will be needed to confirm your booking. The deposit should be completed by bank transfer or in cash if booked in our office.

Question 8

How big are the classes? Do you have surf lessons for my surfing level?

In our surf school, it is established that each surf teacher will have no more than 8 students in the class.

Each class will have students with the same surfing level (beginner, intermediate or advanced).

Our Surf Clinic packages have a maximum of 4 students for each instructor.

Question 9

My lesson is booked. How do I get to the beach? Do I have to rent surfing gear (board and wetsuit?)

The transfer to the beach and back is included in the surf lessons cost as well as a suitable wetsuit and a surf board according to you surfing level.

Question 10

I have it, but I don't like to travel with my surfboard. Do you have board rentals?

We are equipped with a wide range of surfboards to fit each and everyone’s surfing level, height and weight.

Question 11

Ok, I've just booked my surf package. How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

In order to formalize your booking you must pay at least 50% of the full amount, via bank transfer.

If you also wish to pay the remaining amount via bank transfer you have to pay at least 7 working days before your arrival/1st lesson.

For surf camp guests who wish to pay the booking balance in cash the payment will be done during the check-in.

In case you arrive after the office’s closing hours your payment will be processed on the next morning.

For surf lessons or surf rentals, the balance should be paid on the 1st day.
