SPECIAL YOGA WEEK
WHAT IS IT?
- A 5 day surf lessons
- Breakfast served from organic and locally sourced produce.
- Surfing lessons daily, supported by yoga specifically developed to support surfing and stretching after surfing
- Pre surfing class – vinyasa/hatha flow – energising and strengthening and focusing on breathing with the movement.
- Yoga teacher comes with class and does warm up/warm down.
- Post surfing classes – focusing on stretching muscles and unwinding
- Free diver come and discuss breathing excercises for surfing.
